I’m delighted to share my yoga journey and practice with you. It all began in 2012 when I completed my first yoga teacher training (YTT) with Kerry Weavind in Johannesburg. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in teaching yoga and deepening my practice through various traditions. In 2013, I furthered my knowledge by completing a second 200-hour YTT with Ana Forrest in Cape Town. This experience expanded my understanding of yoga and its incredible healing potential.
Specialising in Healing and Freedom of Movement, my teaching approach combines Forrest Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and somatic movements. Each of my classes is thoughtfully themed to promote healing and release old beliefs for my students. Through guided deep breathing and somatic exercises, I empower students to discover freedom of movement and a profound connection within their own bodies.
New Offer: Pre-Recorded Classes and Deep Yoga Nidra** Recently, I relocated to a new province and closed my yoga school. During this time of self-reflection and growth, I’ve developed an exciting new offering: pre-recorded classes updated monthly with fresh content. These classes include meditations and Yoga Nidra sessions for deep healing sleep. By addressing anxiety and identifying what holds you back, my goal is to help you live with freedom and ease.
